Gallardo Balboa group will again produce galvanized and prepainted steel
January 12, 2017.- The Gallardo Balboa Group expects to re-produce galvanized and prepainted steel in its facilities in Jerez de los Caballeros, Badajoz (Extremadura) in March, as confirmed by its CEO, Fco. Javier Sánchez.
This initiative is part of the restructuring process that the Group started two years ago and which aims, among other things, to grow in the market and expand by being competitive in costs, quality and service.
The galvanized and prepainted plant has an area of 14,000 square meters and a production capacity of 200,000 Tm per year of galvanized coils or 150,000 Tm per year of galvanized and prepainted coil.
The CEO said that the plant will adapt its production to the existing demand in the national and international markets.
It is a very competitive plant because it uses the latest technological advances and has a fully automated and controlled production process with the most modern and sophisticated video, measurement and control systems that ensure the production of the highest quality material, exceeding European standards.
It will resume its activity having as priority the quality and the service to the client as it happens with the rest of the activities of the Group.
